"从地上爬起来"英语用哪个动词?

可以用很简单的动词词组，比如get up
（查了一下词典，是可以的。）

例句：
The old man fell down and couldn't get up.
老人跌倒了，爬不起来。

pick oneself up 也可以，比如

He tripped and fell, picked himself up and ran on.他绊倒了，又爬起来继续向前跑。

stand up
